2. Orders

Placing an Order: Orders can be placed via phone at +974 55849284. Please provide accurate details regarding the type of cake, size, flavors, event details, and delivery preferences.
Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified during the order process.
Order Modifications: Any changes to the order must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Changes are subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Payments

Payments can be made via the methods specified on the website or communicated during order placement.
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery Areas: We deliver to Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Khor, and Al Wakrah.
Delivery Times: Delivery is subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of order placement. We strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pick-Up: Customers may also choose to pick up their orders from our designated location. Pick-up details will be provided upon order confirmation.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the delivery or pick-up time are eligible for a refund. A cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds: Refunds are issued in cases of errors or defects attributable to Arabian Cakes. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.
No Refunds for Custom Orders: Custom cake orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

6. Custom Designs

We pride ourselves on creating cakes tailored to your preferences. However, due to the nature of custom cake designs, slight variations may occur. Customers are encouraged to share detailed references and expectations during the order process.
